Plain-language summary of the agreement between SpEd Coach Master and its users.

These Terms govern access to and use of the SpEd Coach Master product. By creating an account or accessing a workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data outside your organization.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role checks, or audit logging.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use SpEd Coach Master to make automated decisions about students, eligibility, or placement.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Pilot availability
SpEd Coach Master is currently available to pilot organizations. Features are added and changed during the pilot period. Service may be paused for maintenance with reasonable notice.
No legal or educational advice
SpEd Coach Master is a workflow and documentation tool. Nothing in the product is legal advice or a substitute for professional judgment by educators, evaluators, or legal counsel. Workflows that produce documents, including AI-assisted drafts, require human review and approval.
Disclaimers
SpEd Coach Master is provided "as is" during the pilot. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpEd Coach Master disclaims all implied warranties.
Termination
Either party may terminate access during the pilot. Upon termination, an organization may request export or deletion of its data through Support.
