What AI does and does not do inside SpEd Coach Master.

What AI is used for
AI features in SpEd Coach Master assist with:
- Summarizing long documents and meeting notes.
- Drafting workflow content such as report sections and message drafts.
- Reviewing and reformatting user-provided text.
- Organizing and tagging records.
What AI does not do
- AI does not make educational decisions.
- AI does not determine eligibility, placement, services, or accommodations.
- AI does not provide legal, medical, or clinical advice.
- AI does not act on behalf of a user without explicit, in-product action.
Human review is required
AI output may contain errors, omissions, or fabrications. Every AI-generated draft must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified human before it is shared, signed, filed, or used to inform any decision about a student.
Organization controls
- AI can be enabled or disabled at the organization level.
- AI can be disabled per individual module.
- Usage limits can be configured and are visible to administrators.
- All AI usage is logged for organization admin review.
Data sent to AI providers
AI requests use vetted model providers. Inputs are not used to train third-party models in the configurations we use. Avoid pasting unnecessary personal identifiers into AI prompts.
