Support
The fastest way to get help is to sign in and submit a support request. It routes directly to your organization admin and platform support, and links to your account, organization, and recent module activity.
Common questions
- I can't sign in.
- Confirm you are using the email address your organization invited. Try resetting your password from the sign-in page. If your account was suspended, contact your organization administrator.
- I don't see a module I expect to use.
- Module visibility is controlled by your organization administrator. Ask them to enable the module for the organization and grant you per-user access.
- A module won't launch.
- If you see a launch error, the module URL may not be configured, the module may be disabled for your organization, or your organization may be suspended. Submit a support request and we will check the launch logs.
- I hit an AI usage limit.
- AI usage is governed per organization. Ask your organization administrator to review the AI Governance page and adjust limits, or request an increase through support.
- I'm an organization admin. How do I add a member?
- Go to Organization → Users and send an invitation. After they accept, assign them to the modules they need under Organization → Modules.
