Data categories

  • Organization profile: name, status, configured modules. Retained while the organization is active.
  • Member & access data: memberships, roles, per-module access. Retained while the membership is active.
  • Module access records: which modules a user can launch and seat assignments. Retained while access is granted.
  • Support requests: request content, status, comments, and events. Retained for the active pilot period and a reasonable archival window.
  • Audit logs: administrator actions, login events, role changes. Retained to support security review.
  • Usage logs: module launches, AI usage counts. Retained for operational and capacity planning.
  • Launch logs: module launch success/failure entries. Retained to support troubleshooting.
  • Module content: content created inside individual product modules is governed by that module's own retention.

Default retention windows

During the pilot, default retention is the lifetime of the organization's workspace. Operational logs (launches, AI usage, audit) may be retained longer for security review, capped at a reasonable archival window. Specific contractual retention can be agreed per organization.

Requesting export

Organization administrators can request a structured export of their organization's data through the Support page. We will confirm the requester's authority before fulfilling the request.

Requesting deletion

Organization administrators can request deletion of an organization's workspace. Deletion is processed manually during the pilot. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

Individual user data

Individual members can update their profile information from their account settings. Removal of a member from an organization revokes that member's access to organization data.
